So I built Basecamp differently. No endless meetings, no office politics, no pitches that promise everything. Just talented designers doing what they do best.

Think of it as having a dedicated designer on your team for a flat monthly rate. You get a set number of hours each month to use however you need, whether that's one big project or lots of small requests. We sync regularly and work through your priorities systematically.
Unused hours roll over to the next month, up to a cap that depends on your plan (10 on Growth, 20 on Scale). We'd rather you get full value than watch the clock, so a quieter month never goes to waste.
Most engagements kick off within 3–5 business days of signing. Once we've aligned on scope and priorities, you'll have a dedicated designer and a shared workspace ready to go.
A senior designer leads your account end to end. No juniors, no hand-offs. For larger scopes we pull in specialists from the team, but you always keep one consistent point of contact.
Absolutely. Plenty of clients start with a fixed-scope project and move to a retainer once the rhythm clicks, or pause a retainer for a one-off push. We'll help you pick whatever fits the moment.
Within an active project we keep refining until it's right; there's no arbitrary cap on rounds. "Unlimited" covers iteration on the agreed scope; brand-new directions or added deliverables get scoped separately so expectations stay clear.
Yes. We work with teams across time zones worldwide. Communication is async-first with scheduled syncs in a window that works for everyone, so distance never slows the work down.
Retainers are month-to-month: pause or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, no penalties. Your files, assets, and source are always yours to keep, whenever you decide to step away.
